I got off at the Grand blue line CTA stop with some time to kill, so I walked into this Starbucks, just steps away from the station, to get coffee and do some work. I'm simple-minded when it comes to coffee, so I just got black coffee, which took like 5 seconds, and grabbed a seat by the window.
They have really big windows, and t view from the window seat was good because you can see the buildings in downtown Chicago. But I wouldn't recommend this location if you want to get work done; there is little seating and no power outlets. -

After going there 95% of weekdays before 9am, I'd think they'd have my drink right... Especially given the fact that I order via the app. Once they actually get it right, it comes 75% full most days. It'd be amazing if a billion dollar business tried to at least give a full $6.00. Don't be surprised if I throw it back next time.

Brand new Starbucks that seemed to pop up overnight! Love this location, it's convenient, fast, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They have the nitro draft which I love but are lacking a Clover brewer. I love the big windows and proximity to the Blue Line and 65 bus, you can even see when the train is arriving from inside the store which allows for a comfortable wait. Some of the baristas can even do latte art which is always a fun surprise!
This Starbucks is wonderful and I mobile order my grande flat white every morning on my way to work. -

This Starbucks is on the way to work before I hop on the train. They NEVER make my drink correctly and it is a $7 coffee. When I ask them to remake it I get so much attitude and it caused me to miss my train which puts me behind in getting to work. Because of the attitude, I won't be returning to this location. I'll either get coffee at the independently owned cafe in my office building or I'll go to the Starbucks at Clark and Adams.
